Job Description:
As the Electrical Division Manager, you will be responsible for creating and growing our electrical division within our company. Your primary focus will be on generating sales, building a customer base, and assembling a team of skilled professionals to execute electrical projects. This role will play a pivotal part in expanding our service offerings and increasing revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Identify and target potential clients, generate leads, and establish long-term relationships to secure electrical projects and contracts. Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
  2. Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with their goals. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through effective communication and project execution.
  3. Team Building: Recruit, hire, and train a team of qualified electricians and support staff. Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to foster a collaborative and high-performing team.
  4. Project Management: Oversee the successful execution of electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Manage project resources and logistics.
  5. Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations, codes, and safety standards. Ensure all electrical work adheres to legal requirements and safety protocols.
  6. Financial Management: Develop and manage the Electrical Division budget, monitoring expenses and revenue to ensure profitability.
  7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Adjust strategies and offerings accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development and sales within the electrical industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field (preferred).
